MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
Wahlco’s headquarters is a 50,000 square foot facility based in Santa Ana. Wahlco’s manufacturing facility houses 30,000 square feet for steel fabrication, electrical and mechanical assembly, insulation and bricking, and test cells for complete fabrication and testing capability. An additional lay down space of 26,000 square feet is available on the grounds. Our in-house manufacturing staff includes experienced welders, electricians, machinists, skilled metal craftsmen, pipe fitters, bricklayers-insulators, tubers and painters. Wahlco’s design and manufacturing teams operate under a single roof. Project engineers and designers work with shop lead and test personnel through all phases of a project. A PLC lab provides for program development and checkout before installation. Testing at the Santa Ana facility permits immediate correction of software and hardware discrepancies before the systems ship to the field. Qualified engineers and software programmers are on hand to assist in checkout. Customer are always welcome to visit our facility to witness testing.
