DENTAL - METLIFE
Our dental plan provides dental benefits which cover many dental expenses on a comprehensive basis for eligible employees and their covered dependents.
DENTAL HMO
Dental HMO is a Dental health Maintenance Organization Plan. The benefits cover a wide range of dental services and each covered service is assigned a specific co-pay. Eligible employees or their covered dependents must select a Primary Care Dentist and coordinate all of the dental care through that provider. There is not a benefit out-of-network and there is no maximum benefit which employees are limited to each year.
DENTAL PPO
MetLife's nationwide network has over 125,000 dentist locations, and over 30,000 specialist locations. Benefits are greater if an eligible employee or covered dependent visits a dentist in the network. The plan features co-pays that include preventative, basic services, major services and orthodontia services.
