Employee Assistance Program
Established in 1985 as a leader in mental health services, the Holman Group today is a licensed Employee Assistance Provider serving more than 32,000 national providers. Wahlco has teamed with the Holman Group to provide an effective approach to helping employees and their families resolve problems. The 24-hour confidential service is designed to help resolve issues such as:
- Adolescent behavioral problems
- Alcohol and drug abuse problems
- Emotional problems
- Financial difficulties
- Marital and family conflicts
- Single parenting
- Stress management
- Terminal illness/bereavement
- Other problems that relate to an employee's mental well being
The Holman EAP provides a benefit valued by employees and their dependents, such as:
- Access 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Rapid intake and provider response
- Confidentiality
- Telephone consultation with legal counsel
- Crisis hotline and intervention
- Ethnically diverse network; multilingual services
- Self- or management-referrals
