Established in 1979 as a leader in mental health services, The Holman Group today is a licensed Employee Assistance Provider serving more than 260 clients. Wahlco has teamed with The Holman Group to provide an effective approach to helping employees and their families resolve problems. The 24-hour confidential service is designed to help resolve issues such as:

- Alcohol and drug abuse problems
- Emotional problems
- Financial difficulties
- Marital and family conflicts
- Single parenting
- Stress management
- Terminal illness/bereavement
- Work related problems
Experience has shown that in up to 70% of cases, individuals can begin to manage their issues after five counseling sessions. The Holman EAP provides benefits valued by employees and their dependents, such as:
